In April 2023, Serve Colorado marked a historic milestone by entering into a first-in-the-nation Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Colorado National Guard (CONG). This collaborative MOU aims to connect two community- and service-driven entities, creating a unique synergy that benefits both Guard and AmeriCorps members. The agreement establishes expanded recruitment channels, fostering increased awareness of career pathways and opportunities for individuals seeking to serve their communities.
